Our AI-based learning and skilling platform has been growing from strength to strength (with over 1.7 million users around the world at present) and it was only fitting to prioritize meeting, celebrating and hearing from our disprz customers first-hand as we move into a new post-pandemic, digitally-accelerated world. After a successful customer meetup in Dubai, we picked Mumbai as our first destination in India to meet as many customers as we could.

Subbu Viswanathan, our co-founder, welcomed attendees and delivered the keynote after a special remote message by co-founder, Kuljit Chadha. Hybrid events are the future after all! In his keynote, Subbu emphasized why companies need to move on to the 3rd generation of learning & skilling platforms as soon as possible. As he said, ”Companies are unable to solve the skilling challenge as they are adhering to the first and second generation of learning platforms consisting of mandatory learning and unintegrated training.
